Palawan Underground River
This is the world's longest navigable "underground" river. It is located in Palawan, Philippines. Here you can find major formation of stalactites and stalagnites.
Chocolate Hills
The chocolate hills located in Bohol consist of 1,776 hills. This are covers about 20 sq. miles. The hills get their name from the grasss covering them that turns brown During the dry season. These are said to be represented in the country's flag and seal.
Rice Terraces
The rice terraces located in Benguit is over 2,000 years old. They are considered the 8th wonder of the world. They are located in the provinces of Apagao, Benguet. The walls of these terraces are composed of stones from the river.
Maria Cristina Falls
This waterfall comes from the angus river on the island of Mindano. They are considered twin falls due to the rock separating the flow at the brink of the waterfall. It is an estimated 320 feet. This is their primary source of electric power.
